Matěj Trasák is a photographer and videographer whose work moves between cinema, portraiture, editorial photography, and weddings.
For more than 20 years, he has photographed people and stories across different worlds — from feature film sets and official key art to film premieres, red-carpet events, and intimate celebrations. His work has appeared in environments where image, personality, and atmosphere matter equally.
This experience shapes the way he photographs weddings. His portraits are refined and composed, yet never feel staged. His documentary images are spontaneous but never accidental. The camera is always looking for something beyond the obvious — a gesture, a relationship, a detail, a particular quality of light.
